Catering is extra with ideas & discussions based on your requirements. Sample menus & drink pacakages can be provided for guidance. Bar facility available.

Winter Wedding Rates

We are pleased to quote for catering in your own home or at your chosen venue.

Booking Procedure

If you think that you would like to book our venue, please ring to make an appointment with us. We can show you the barn and its facilities and discuss your catering requirements.

We will then send you a draft menu, based on our discussions with you, and a quotation with details on how to book. We do not allow food or drinks to be brought onto the premises, with the exception of wedding cakes.

A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remainder of the bill must be paid prior to your event date. Details of this will be discussed with you and included with your quotation.

Alterations to Bookings/Cancellations

Bookings are generally made several months in advance of an event - particularly for weddings. It is very likely that you will need to make changes to your initial booking, e.g. numbers, special dietary needs, extra high-chairs etc over the course of time.

Just keep us informed of the changes and we will do our best to accommodate. Once we get to within seven days of your event, there may be a charge for further menu or facility changes.

In the event of a cancellation the following charges would apply:

  • Within seven days of the event: 90% of the full invoice
  • Within thirty days of the event: 50% of the full invoice
  • Thirty days or more, prior to the event: Deposit is forfeit

Terms

Clients must accept responsibility for loss or damage caused to the property, with the exception of what could be classed as normal wear and tear. We will require a deposit of £500.00 in case of damage, this will be payable fourteen days prior to your event. If damage occurs during your event, this will be brought to your attention, and costs of reparation will be deducted, with any remaining balance returned to you in the week following. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage to any guest's property.
