The barn contains 100 dining chairs and 10 round dining tables. If additional tables and chairs or high-chairs are needed they carry an additional charge. Crockery, cutlery, linen and glassware are all provided at an additional cost. Booking ProcedureIf you think that you would like to book our venue, please ring to make an appointment with us. We can show you the barn and its facilities and discuss your catering requirements. We will then send you a draft menu, based on our discussions with you, and a quotation with details on how to book. A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remainder of the bill must be paid prior to your event date. Details of this will be discussed with you and included with your quotation. Alterations to Bookings/CancellationsBookings are generally made several months in advance of an event – particularly for weddings. It is very likely that you will need to make changes to your initial booking, e.g. numbers, special dietary needs, extra high-chairs etc over the course of time. Just keep us informed of the changes and we will do our best to accommodate. Once we get to within seven days of your event, there may be a charge for further menu or facility changes. In the event of a cancellation the following charges would apply:
TermsWe do not allow food or drinks to be brought onto the premises, with the exception of wedding cakes. Clients must accept responsibility for loss or damage caused to the property, with the exception of what could be classed as normal wear and tear. We do not accept liability for loss or damage to any guest's property. |
